I don't know. I'm not ashamed of myself, but I sometimes feel disappointed in myself. Sometimes I feel shame for some things I did (well allowed to happen). I don't know how someone could be ashamed of themselves unless their whole lives is filled with things that are shameful.

People who vote A need to realize you can't control other people's actions. People who vote B need to realize shit happens, fix it if you dislike something about yourself. I've done a few things I feel badly about, not much you can do besides grow from it.

I've got a big mouth, nothing scares me some of my closest friends and family would say I hardly have emotions, but everytime I hear someone scream or something is thrown and crashes on the floor I can not help but freeze and become that little girl I once was and cowar in fear. I always feel ashamed when that happens it ain't really my fault thought.
