Ladies & gents, how often do you get a massage?

I try getting 1-2 a year since 2012. Lately I've been aching bad though. I've gotten one pedicure a year since that same year lol. Think it's time to look in investing in another?

I'm asking about a professional one, but you can tell me if you get them from your gf/bf.

I've never gotten a professional massage, but whenever I have super stiff shoulders, I just turn to my dad. He's pretty good at sorting out my shoulders. He used to be a semi-professional athlete, so he knows the basic dos and don'ts.
Not sure if I'd be comfortable with getting a massage from a stranger, though. I don't know, I just don't like it when strangers touch my body. :P

Pretty much only when I go to random Asian countries. Bf gives them every now and then too.
