How often do you get massages?

I get them ~2-5 times a week.

Thankfully I live with my sister and she works as massage therapist :)

Never, lol. And I used to work with physical therapists: ask me how often I got a massage: ONE time! Lol
And that's because they were stressing me out so much, hence the knots I had, they felt guilty and wanted to help. It was only a minute, but it was heaven!!!

But otherwise I have to provide my own massages with my trusty massage gun!

I go to the spa once a week and get a massage, but I also get massaged by my best friend multiple times a week. 💜🧖🏻‍♀️💜

I get one about every other week lately. It feels good. I get a deep tissue massage. I usually hurt the next day but it's a good hurt.

Used to go once a week and invested in my very own massage chair 🤗
I'll be working as an LMT once i go back to the states so hopefully i can get/trade massages with whoever I'm working with.
