lets say that your wife,husband,girlfriend,or boyfriend has gained some weight.would you tell them to lose weight or would you not tell them and let them get bigger?

Confronting someone and telling them they've gained weight is not a good idea cause it's just going to get the person mad/angry with you, even if what you say is true and even if they know it themselves. Instead, help them change their lifestyle. Eat healthy with them and go to the gym together. Sign up for sports and do outdoor activities like jogging, rollerblading or hiking. Find ways you both can get fit and it won't feel like a chore or that it's too hard.
