omg i love talenti gelato... not low cal like you say, but it does only have like 5 ingredients. :D
Oh no, its not low cal. But you have to remember that sometimes its not the calories you have to pay attention to. Many lo-cal/non-fat/low fat foods are really bad for you.
Make pizza on large mushrooms.
that actually sounds like a really good idea
I love mushrooms

I love my breakfast of 1/2 cup of unsweetened oatmeal with a chopped banana in it and some raspberries or blueberries, a greek yogurt, and a handful of nuts.
sounds tasty and healthy, but ridiculously high calorie for one meal when you're trying to cut back a lot.
Well I usually try to make breakfast my biggest calorie meal of the day. Then again, I'm maintaining my weight, so I guess yeah if you're dieting take out the fruit and nuts, or the oatmeal and nuts, although personally it's the oatmeal that helps me stay full and it's only 150 calories so I'd keep it.

Go vegan and fix your shit once and for all.
ehh.. I really like cheese... and a social life... and not paying twice as much for foods that have substitutes to make it vegan
I understand, but life is like wealth.. its all around us, there is so much of it everywhere, its what exists most in the world, yet the majority of people live in need, and there is a reason for that.. its perception, attitude, belief.
if you have need or want of anything, re-evaluate honestly.. take action, it will set you apart.
we have all been teenagers who said we don't need or want a PhD degree, don't need or want money and power, don't care what people think of us.. and we were all wrong, because those things are a pleasure and not a pain
there are a lot more of these things.. not far up the road for most people is cancer, heart break, pain... its not cheese you want or love believe me, its freedom, joy, and a long list of real things that you get to have, if you pick them.
I can get all of that without going vegan though. lol.
Just dessert, that's it for me ;))
lol. well i guess if that's the only thing you eat... lol
