These people know not what they're talking about. IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) is based upon eating at a caloric deficit which allows you to lose weight NO MATTER WHAT YOU EAT. If you eat clean but eat at a caloric surplus than you will get fat. Usually however if you eat clean, you'll be able to fill yourself up with a lot less calories than junk food. So they usually go hand in hand.

When eating clean you also achieve a healthy and reasonable balance of the other nutritions, you know. That's also important :)
Go on the paleo diet. It helped my mom and cousin lose a ton of weight and it helped my acne intill I cheated. It's no dairy, no wheat or gluten and no high processed foods. Just google what it is
I am against deprivation policy lol so eat less calories. I am about 100 pounds, I eat everything, and I have flat stomach. I just eat small portions

To lose weight? eating clean with a calorie deficit.
Eating -mainly- clean is always good.Eating clean of course is healthier. But eating less calories is faster to lose weight on.
