Which diet do you think would be easier?

Right now, I’m trying to do 1500 calories a day or less, but it hasn’t been working out very well. I keep going over.

So I’m thinking about switching to the keto diet (no sugar, starch or bread). Hopefully then, I wouldn’t be so hungry all the time, though the food choices are very limited.

Which one do you think would be easiest to stick to?
