Eat high calorie foods and do nothing, absolutely nothing, that'll put some fat on. Or you can go the hard way and work out and that'll put some muscle weight on.
Drink a lot of whole milk. You're looking for high fat, high carbs. Pasta, peanut butter, whole cheese, potatoes. Use a lot of butter, better tasting and adds on the lbs, 1 tablespoon of butter is 100 calories. Cook with a lot of oils too, they also have a lot of fat/calories in small quantities.
sport and gain muscle mass. That is healthy gain weigth.
