You could try the route of buying bulking supplements that are used by bodybuilders, the extremely high calorie shakes are going to be a healthier option than just junk food. Of course you could always just try making homemade versions of bulkers - mix powdered milk into whole fat milk plus few other ingredients.
A week isn't a lot of time so you need to know your output so that you can try to exceed it with your input by a significant amount each day. Make sure to eat late at night before bed too so as not to burn off too much of the last meal.

This is a very dangerous question. I'm not sure why you would need to gain that much weight that fast because it's flat dangerous to your system. If you are very thin and need to make weight for some reason I recommend talking to the people and asking for more time. If that fails try and do it as healthy as possible. Weight gain from nutrition stores have products that are called "weight gain" that work well. Don't eat high fat high cholesterol food as it can do a large amount of damage to your heart.

Salty foods pack water weight at around 10 extra lbs, And peanut butter is like pure calories at 100 calories per tbsp. I would avoid gaining weight off really unhealthy foods (ie sugars, saturated fats,) they tend to affect the skin in bad ways ( pimples zits acne etc).
Drink beer, eat pizza and occasionally snack on candy.
If you are under 21, replace beer with regular Coca-Cola (or your sugar soft drink of choice).
Warning: it is highly unhealthy to gain or lose weight so fast. The recommended weight loss/gain is 2 pounds per week until you reach your desired weight.Fast food lots if it with fries... ice cream & chocolates. Not forgetting crisps & biscuits. Funny yiu making me hungry :)
