If you want to lose weight, go ahead, starve yourself. But if you want to look healthy and/or gain muscle mass, you have to find a balance between the 3. Being 'light' is not healthy, unless you're endormorph (smallest and lightest body type/structure), don't force yourself to lose weight. Eat when you're hungry, and avoid saturated fat and sugar foods, this will spare you a lot of hassle to lose belly fat or floppy arms. You can be bulky and heavy while being healthy. It's actually the best and healthiest 'shape' for your body. And it also look good!

It's not actually 'easier' to gain weight - we usually gain weight in the pace we lose it (for example after a diet) but it just appears to be harder since the exercise required to lose weight is more exhausting than sitting on the couch eating junk food.
Although once you get used to a healthy lifestyle gaining weight should hopefully be exactly as hard as losing weight for you. ;)
It's not easier to gain wait than losing it for everyone so I guess it would depend on your body type.
Doing cardio for a few hours would get that fat burning.
actually in my case it's harder 2 gain weight LOL...

To gain it you just need to eat, to lose it you need to sweat and work it all off. Fastest way to lose fat is cardio.
70% diet (cut off calories and eat healthier)
30% exercise (weights and cardio)Because eating takes less effort than what working out does maybe?
cardio and weights I am a gym owner and bodybuilder/fitness expert and know my shit :P
In my case, it's the opposite lol
because fat foods taste better
A mix of the three.
