I do stress about school and life in general. I don't straighten my hair or damage it a lot.
I asked the doctor she said it was normal but I don't know anymore?

It can be Fall, the season. Women lose more hair during fall season.
It can be a side effect to certain drugs, like anti-depressants (if you're on any..)
It can be imbalanced hormones, if you get very painful cramps, that could be an indication of hormonal imbalance
Of course emotional stress and depression
Brushing your hair in shower or while it's still wet can also cause more hair falling.
Try to pinpoint the time when your hair falls more noticeably, may help you know the reason.

I brush it after when its wet and still lose a lot
I kinda have to since I have curly hair otherwise I can't brush it ir else he gets really poofy

then why not take diet supplements for hair growth or make use of hair fall treatments
We lose 100 strands a day.
