Some healthy but yummy recipes?

Hey (: So recently I got my blood tested to simply find out I have both high cholesterol and anemia. I've always struggled with high cholesterol because it is hereditary but anemia is something new. I want to make the change from eating somewhat reckless to eating things that are healthier and contain vitamins, iron, fiber, etc. Do you have any ideas on recipes that are healthy but still super yummy? Thanks in advance :D
