I brush my teeth once a day. I was told by a dentist in the Philippines that brushing them more multiple times a day wears out the enamel and makes them more likely to decay, and that's why American dentists tell us all to brush three times a day... I usually don't get lazy about brushing my teeth, except maybe sometimes on the weekends. Oh, and I NEVER have cavities.

3 times a day son! and I floss after meals too! I like to keep my mouth clean for the girl im gonna be kissing, I hope she's doing the same! gosh! probably not though hahaa :D

Two during week days, three on the weekends. And I use mouth washes that supposedly protects your mouth for 12 hours, before I go to bed and in the morning.

Well I brush them.. Not really wash. Sometimes once, sometimes twice, sometimes four times (when I whiten my teeth)

It's recommended that you brush twice a day, more than that can damage the enamel on you teeth.
