its a pretty good breakfast, the salt isn't too much, the eggs are decent, avocado is a deff plus, and the hot sauce, well what kind of hot sauce? if its tobasco sauce then you're golden! tobasco sauce has very few ingredients in it, I think only like 3, vinegar, salt, pepper or something so its not bad to consume at all in good amounts. just go easy on the butter, I know you said lightly buttered, but we all have our own preference of what "lightly buttered" means lol. if you can get wheat toast then all the better!
just a little salt barely noticeable when im eating it. I use Siracha or tobasco! Red hot occasionally! (:
haha its light butter and its the spray kind so I think im ok (: and yes, whole grain
oooh okay siracha taste amazing! buut go really light on it, it has a decent amount of grams of sugar per serving. and 1 serving I think is like 1 spoon. wow they make spray butter? I never knew! hahaa. yeah for the most part you sound like you're doing good. and you know what? fuck what I said earlier. use the siracha all you want, we gotta enjoy life right? enjoy the little things. and its only breakfast, your body will burn and metabolize that food fast to jump start your day.
Lol, does it matter that when cooking eggs so that they don't stick to the pan I use a bit of veg. oil?
also I don't even use a full tsp o hot sauce just lightly squirt a bit on it or even on the side just to add flavor
it doesn't matter if the eggs stick to the pan, it doesn't make it any less healthier, BUUUT its super annoying to clean up lol. I just pour a little olive oil on the pan and then spread it out so that my eggs won't stick as im cooking them. and olive oil is healthy for you too, in trace amounts. its good fats your body needs, along with that avocado. and yeah don't worry about the sauce, its in the morning and its in small amounts already.
Little more to it than just breakfast... Its a good start but then if lunch you're crushing pasta at Olive Garden while sitting at a desk all day, and then coming home and watching American Idol with a highly processed frozen dinner. Then no things would need to change ;)
Not sure if the theme is weight loss or what but if it is try to gauge what your caloric requirements are and if you're looking to decrease them. Cut some carbs and calories by 10-30% and you'll drop weight.
That's pretty much a healthy breakfast. Just don't put too much salt. I usually have oatmeal, bananas, and coffee for breakfast! :)

You're good.
The bread isn't great (bread has very few nutrients, and excessively high carbohydrate content), but the eggs, butter, and avocado are fantastic for you.
its whole grain if that makes any difference lol
I usually have a banana, pomegranate or persimmon, and some coffee. Yours seems pretty healthy, whole wheat toast I hope!
Love pomegranates although I usually never can correctly consume them ! lol Hate bananas! ): Def whole grain!
Pomegranates aren't hard to eat... just put all the seeds in a bowl and eat it with a spoon.
I meant like cutting them correctly I always make such a big mess trying to get the seeds out-never much time for them ):
Cut the end off (where the stem was), then cut it in half or even into quarters. Hold it over a bowl of water and smash the crap out of the skin with a spoon so all the seeds fall into the water. Pick any that won't detach off by hand. The gross white rind floats, so you can easily skim it off, then drain the seeds.
It only takes a few minutes and is totally worth it :)
i usually eat just a few biscuits for breakfast i cannot eat very much when i wake up
Cheese, green and black olive, boiled egg, honey, buttered toast, sometimes sausace, cucumber, tomato, pepper, and some tea. Yeah, this is my basic breakfast.
