Invisalign. Has any one had it previous? Does it feel like a mouth guard when wearing?

Considering getting invisalign because my teeth are moving back to how they were prior to braces.

Anyone have a point a view to share on this product?

my sister got it. she said its painful because you have to do like monthly check ups and get your mold taken again to form a new brace. as far as feeling, I think she hardly noticed it.
