How do people in body casts urinate/poop?

Im watching King of the Hill where Peggy gets injured from sky diving, and i was thinkig how she peed and pooped. Anyone on here have an answer? Or been in a body cast? What was your experience?

I've never been I a body cast but I was a CNA, I can guess that they probably give the person a catheter for the urine and I have no clue what they do with the poop, maybe in extreme cases they may give them a colostomy but I doubt it
