Everyone's boobs grow at different rates than others. I know a few girls in the same situation as you. It's totally fine and you should be proud of your boobs. I'm not implying anything by any means but it could also be just fat and not actual breast tissue if you are a heavier set girl. You didn't include and details in the description but if that's the case than weight loss will decrease the size drastically.
