I started working out about 3 months ago (October 22) when I realized that I weighed 206 lbs. As of yesterday I weigh 182.4 and don't feel like I'm losing weight as fast as I would like to be. I go to the gym for 1 hour every day but since I have a lot of free time this semester I wanted to go the gym 2X a day, once at noon-ish and then again at about 9-ish. Is this over doing it?
