I workout once a day, usually in the evening time. Usually I'll workout 4-6 days a week and have a rest day. I sometimes workout twice a day. I don't mean like over doing it like working out for hours because that isn't good for you. Like for example, I did a cardio workout earlier this afternoon. It's a 12 minute workout YouTube video. In a little while, I will be doing more cardio. I'll probably do the 40 minute one or the 1 hour one. I do eat healthy, but I do eat some junk food sometimes, not all the time. I know I need to lay off that but I don't drink pop a lot like I used too or buy too much candy like I used too either. What do y'all think about working out more than once a day or so?
It’s good to exercise but overtraining might build your tolerance to the point where exercise no longer boosts or shifts your metabolism. If you can handle one work out a day, that might be better for you. Muscle is more effective than cardio work outs.

I follow a walking based exercise program on YouTube and that’s something the instructor is always saying: if you want to boost your metabolism, walk a mile before every meal. But again, this is only if you follow this walking program. Since you do cardio, I would ask my doctor, just to be safe. 😌
well you can never work out enough, you know what they say, excercise twice a day, keeps your body to date
Yes and it sounds like you pace yourself. Good job 👍🏽

If you target different muscle groups, you can do it. But listen to your body. If you don't allow recovery, you will loose muscle mass instead of gaining it.
Yes, as long as you don't over do it and hurt yourself.
Yes, but don't overdo things.
