Sorry for this being so long I just REALLY want to know.
Are girls that used to be overweight hard/ horrible to be around or grow feelings for?

(Some of my comments are even longer than the text, I'm sorry if that will be the case :P)

First: About that workout... Do you go out and run a bit? Or even walk? That helps a lot but don't know about if it's good to do it since you have asthma... If you're being supervised by a nutritionist, it will be all fine :)
Second: A big person, needs to eat big. It's not healthy to make a break for like, 20000KCal a day to just 5000KCal (The average adult needs 1500 or 3000 every day I guess. Just an example). It's a little mistake that will make you eat more at the end than before. Drop down the food little by little, and it will get better ;) [Again, if you're being supervised by a nutritionist, it will be all fine]
Third: I'm not sure of this, but I guess that working out twice a day it's worse than working out hard (fitness for weight loss) everyday. Although, you should never stop doing exercise even if you have reached your targets. Make new ones but make sure you stay healthy.
Fourth: If you go out with friends, you should teach him a lesson and give them the example.
Fifth: You used to be overweighted... Glad that you're not anymore, but you can't stop. Keep going (at some point you will gain weight... With muscles. Those abs that some girls have. You don't wanna be thin as a stick, that's ugly... Just try to be fit :) )
Last: This is just an opinion, so, you should consult an expert before doing what ever you want
Cheers girl ;)
1.) I used to run but I'm deathly scared of black ice so I switched to dancing until spring. Equally as fun and effective.
2.) I eat whole healthy foods and drink a lot of water. I know what's filling, and what's not. I'm a research junky I could probably be a nutritionist. Lol I never eat over 1500 cals a day and I'm never hungry. I also always stay within all nutrition grounds( including ignored ones like cholesterol and sodium), and take a multivitamin every day.
3.) I workout everyday twice a day because I thoroughly enjoy it not just to maintain a figure. I do take breaks though like some days I just walk and/or do yoga.
4.) I try trust me lol. I successfully started my parents on the road to health much to my happiness.
5.) Thanks and I will I'm never going back. Oh, and I won't ever be a stick the curves just won't leave. (Not that I'm complaining.)
Thanks for commenting sorry I needed 2 parts to comment back lol. :D
" I mean I will go out to eat with you, but I won't get a burger and fries but rather grilled chicken and salad. Would me having to do this be annoying?"
Would YOU be annoyed if a guy you were dating ordered chicken and a salad?
Seriously. We'll just assume you're ordering that because it's what you WANT TO EAT. It's not any different than if you ordered fried chicken wings and chili fries. Whatever. We don't care.
Just don't be sitting there telling ME that I shouldn't get a burger and fries. That'd be annoying.
I wouldn't be annoyed at all hell I will cook you the burger and fries myself.
Oh and I just don't go around grouping guys in stereotypes without prior experience. I've seriously had someone tell me the fact I wouldn't eat unhealthy with them was annoying. So I wanted to know if he was the minority or not. Apparently so maybe I'm just a jerk magnet? Anywho, thanks for responding. :]
"I wanted to know if he was the minority or not."
I don't even think that qualifies as "minority". He's the lone single resident of his own bizarre little world. Stay away from this freak, who knows what other "issues" he's got hidden beneath the surface.
I have alway eaten pretty healthy and my friends don't find it annoying at all. Sometimes I even set an example and my friends will get the same thing I get when we go out to eat. The things you eat should not affect your friendship or any other type of relationship. Also, the fact that you have lost so much weight shows your determination, commitment, and will power. I would think that this would be an attractive quality rather than an unattractive one.
Thanks. :]
Ordering a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad is not annoying at all! That sounds good.
I think the only time a guy would be annoyed would be if you refused to go out, or if you agreed to go out, you would just not order anything and he would be taking you out for nothing.
Sounds like you have the right idea :) There's nothing wrong with making better choices, especially when going out to eat.
