I'm not trying to lose weight, just tone up. However, I need to be able to do it outside of the gym. There's only one gym remotely near me and it costs $60 to sign up plus $125 a month, which I just don't have.
Every day I work out for a half hour using the My Fitness Coach game for the Wii. I do 15 minutes of cardio every day, 15 minutes of core workout 3 days a week, and the other 4 days I do 15 minutes of either upper body, lower body, flexibility, or yoga.
I train for TKD twice a week, an hour each session. I also walk an average of 3 miles a day.
As far as food goes, I'm not dieting, but eating healthy. I eat about 2,000 calories a day and everything I eat is organic, whole grain, whole wheat, no preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, etc. Basically, I try to eat the healthiest stuff possible.
Do you think this will be enough to get my body in shape? If not, what will? Should I increase the intensity? Start jogging? And please remember, these need to be things I can do at home or outside. Thanks!
