Like if I workout in the morning and then at night, not everyday though. And by workout I mean go to the gym,
What do you think?
You can workout twice a day, I try to perform my distinct workouts separated from each other. What you want to do is to make sure your first part of the workout is strength or endurance training and the other oriented towards the fat burning and cardio.
I personally do weight training then later on in the day do Insanity or run. Whatever your workouts NEVER work a same muscle group twice a day or perform same style of workout, that will only result in detriment and malign effects to your body.
Workout out hard :)
If you're going to work out twice in a day, work out different parts of your body. The way muscles grow is by tearing them while working out and giving the muscles time to fill in the empty space with muscle proteins. If you don't give it time to fill in, your fruits of labor will have been for nothing. Take a break for a day if you work out all major muscle groups to give them a chance to fill in. Otherwise, a little extra cardio never hurt.
Its not bad, its actually good to keep your metabolism higher that way...
The bad is if You do like more than 2hrs non stop because your body stop burning fat after a certain time not So sure how it works but my trainer said that So its Best todo twice a day then too long at the same period of time.
Depends how long you are working out for in a given time. Some people can become addicted to working out to the point where they cause their body more harm than good. Just be sure to give your body time to relax
Its good to work out but I don't think its necessary to do it two times a day my brother is a trainer and he says go hard at the gym for an hour each day. How do you ever have time for this is my question.

It depends on the type of workouts. You should only do one anaerobic conditioning workout a day (either resistance training or super high intensity cardio such as plyometrics, jump rope, or sprinting) because the body doesn't have the ATP stores to go through those activities twice a day, BUT you can do one more moderate intensity aerobic workout earlier or later on in the day. I work out twice a day.
It depends what your goals are, what type of work you're doing, what your diet is like, your genetics, etc.
My friends' sister is a full time athlete, she works out about 6 hours a day, takes a 3 hour nap between them and eats about 6000 calories a day.
Yeah it's okay. I admire your dedication. I have trouble with once a day, lol. Just make sure there's a lot of variety so you don't plateau. Doing the same things over and over leads to diminishing returns. Your body needs recovery time too to don't go overboard.
That's not so bad. It's what my girlfriend does. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Though so long as you're not killing yourself with each workout, I don't imagine there's anything wrong with it. So what are you doing at the gym anyway?
Sounds fine to me. That sounds like slightly less than my old routine, and it's about on par with what my girlfriend does now. You should be fine.
If you're very sedentary for most of the day and sit around a lot then I'd work out twice.
If you generally move throughout the day though then one workout is fine. Don't forget to do cardio. It's more important than lifting weights.
It's fine if the workouts are mainly cardio. I would advise against doing weights or body sculpting type workouts more than once a day..you'd be doing your msucles more harm than good!
Its OK to do that once and a while, but not every time. Also, if you push hard when you workout, then you should make the next day a rest-day. But if you don't push hard, and exercise (on average) at ease, rather then burn, then just rest until next evening.
I walk everyday about 4-6 miles. For a while I did it twice a day, but I am not sure there is added value.
You could do a cardio workout in the morning, and towards the evening do a strength training workout.
Strength training won't build bulk. Strength training is a great way to supplement your cardio workouts and helps provide overall tone. You will NOT build bulk.
For cardio, no. Just make sure you eat enough food and get enough sleep.
once a day is more than enough, if you want to tone up, do some weight lifting followed by cardio
Not really so long as you do not push yourself too hard each time. Remember to leave yourself some time to relax and let your muscles repair themselves.
If your trying to train for something like a marathon , then no
All depends on what you're doing
Not a big deal.
