I feel like I see the most results after doing this. My body has never looked better. My job is very physically demanding. So I’m used to my body pushing its limits all the time. And I hardly get sore. I plan to do more though. I want to do free weights and machines. Then mix in calisthenics. And lastly cardio. I think if I combine all three, I’ll look so good.
I trained like this most of my life being a competitive athlete, not so much by conscious choice, but it's not like coaches got us to rest 24 hours every other day for muscle recovery. We just trained every single day except for weekends, but I trained in other sports on weekends.
I'm not sure it's optimal for muscle growth but it does seem optimal for endurance and skill. The one thing I found though is that I was relatively skinny despite training 4+ hours/day for the entire time I did it and despite eating a boatload without much mass except in the lower body. I did develop some thick glutes, quads, hams, and calfs being a sprinter but had a really hard time developing mass in my upper body which I didn't train as much.
What I found very peculiarly in my 20s though is that I started to bulk up really fast and fill out my shirts after I stopped training nearly as hard. I probably just wasn't eating enough given the sheer amount of training but I was hardly a light eater. So unless you forcefully eat a boatload (perhaps even weight gain shakes), it might be difficult to put on a lot of mass training so often and hard. I do think it's a very athletic way to train though.

It's a bad idea. It's not only your body, muscles, joints and tendons that needs adequate rest, it's your central nervous system / brain as well. We get stronger after workouts during rest, not by having less rest and more workouts.

what you should do is first doing a full body workout and after you finish all of your reps and sets focus on a certain body part each day, like chest day or arm day etc.
Depends, intense workouts are highly taxing on the body as a whole and you need sufficient rest
I think that you are over training. You will get better results with a split routine
Whatever turns you on, kiddo.
No, do it every other day.
