Never give up tea time! It's a very healthy beverage, assuming you don't load it up with sugar and/or milk/cream, that is. You can have cucumber salad with it, or celery sticks, carrots, various fruits, cucumber sandwiches, anything cucumber; really anything raw and organic too. Just make sure nothing has more than 35g of processed sugar in it!
dry fruit... i love them. green apples and cherries taste great with tea.
