Whether this is in the topic of health and fitness, or just I find in general ( I am a certified gym instructor and this is a known teaching point) is to set a goal:
This could be short, like telling urself I'll stop in another five minutes every give minutes
Or setting a target that u need to get to, like I'll stop when I reach this much
Another thing that some people find is to set an imaginary thing, so it there is something u really want tell urself if I do this I'll get it, even though u won't but by the end of that time ull feel the same as if u did nothing, but u would have accomplished the task

I remember in a philosophy class I took a few years ago, we looked at a quote from a guy who lived a long time ago lmao Which is pretty general, but it said something like, you become what you practice. He meant it in the context of what makes a person good or bad, but I feel like the same can be said for willpower as well. Just like anything else, will can be exercised like a muscle, and will get stronger over time. You have to force yourself to go to the gym, start your school assignments, study, and eat healthy. Over time, it'll get easier and it'll become natural for you to do.
You need a sensei or someone to slap some sense into you... someone here that can do that @kambo_tricky
