    I've dropped more then that but I'm a lot bigger than you.

    Id need to know your weight, age, exercise level and how much control you actually have over what you eat to know what sort of approach is possible. If for example someone else actually prepares all your meals that makes your flexibility quite a bit lower.

      Last time I checked I'm about 125-128. I'm about to be 16 and don't exersize much.. i have good control for the most part

    i looked at you're picture and i think that its wrong to loose weight if you're already in a good shape. try to eat healthy and you will loose a couple of pounds i guess. but i wouldn't do it if i were you..

    You can lose it but you will gain it back if you lose too much amount of weight in a short period of time :(

    I've tried it when i was young about your age lol by working out four hours per day for a month and lost 17 pounds then i gained it back 😅😅

    For a girl that huge. Unless your morbidly obese you'll probably only lose 1 to 2 lbs a week with exercise and diet. I say just work hard I'm not saying it's impossible just highly unlikely

    starve yourself
    eat as less as possible just in order not to die
    exercise at least 3 hrs per day
    avoid sugar

    and you'll come succesful :-P

    (Of course i was joking eh? don't do anything foolish... you don't need to lose weight judging by your pic)

    you can't because it is unhealthy... but if you want to try, well dieting and exercising same time will help but in your diet 1200 cals is the minimum don't go less than that

    speak to your doctor first. but cutting out starchy carbs and replacing them with NATURAL sugary carbs FROM FRUITS and eating more healthy fats is the quickest way.

      Its mainly my thighs and butt (not as much) that are becoming a problem. I'm 5'6 and my weight used to be pretty even to my height but i kinda just ate what ever and nothing would happen and things catch up to ya eventually i guess

    Liquid diet, eat chicken broth and apple sauce drink lots of water and only eat fruit n veggies as solid foods, gaurantees to loose 20 in a month
