I wouldn't recommend this unless you're really dedicated and talk to your doctor first but I've lost 21lbs this month by doing omad (one meal a day) and keto. I've also walked for 30 mins at least 4 days a week. I would have probably lost more if I didn't have cheat days but I plan on not having cheat days in February to see if I can lose even more weight than I did this month.
I also measured all my food on the days I did keto/omad and logged my food into myfitnesspal.
You can lose a lot in just 3 months with diet and exercise (i'm a semi- personal trainer).
The best way is to pick two meals you like and eat them within a 4 hour window (4 hour eating window and 20 hours fasting).
For example, I eat the same big meal and then a protein shake immediately afterwards (it's around 2500 to 3,000 cals in total). You as a female would gain weight on that, so look for two medium meals you like.
Make sure to drink at least a half gallon of water per day.
As for exercise, do something like Yoga, but the main part of your exercise should be walking at least 5,000 steps per day (count them out), see if you can slowly get up to 10,000 steps per day.
3 Months you'll lose the fat GUARANTEED
I recommend losing weight at a healthy pace. Max 2lbs a week. Instead, I think it's better to focus on ways to not be bloated. So drink more water, consume less salt, sweat more, etc.

You can't lose "a lot of weight" in a month. Maybe ten pounds.
Please be careful if you do this, because losing too much in a short time isn't healthy
