DONT just stop eating for a few days or eat one green pea for supper. That's just going to ruin your body and essential fat stocks. DO eat healthy light food every day. The trick is to eat the same amounts but to lower the fat. If you cook pasta in butter, stop. Use olive oil. If you eat bread with peanut butter or butter stop. put jam. You can easily eat a very large salad with roasted ham and a few eggs and not be hungry rather than eating say tons of snacks every day. Coke and ice tea are so sugary and can easily be replaced by water and limiting your candy bar consumption is also a good idea.
I'm no pro and have never had to worry about my weight so if you can do what you think is best :)
good luck.
and try not to become one of those calorie obsessive girls... ^_^

You say you're a "quite healthy weight" then immediately say "I think I'm fat".
Your biggest obstacle will be overcoming your own self-image.
It sounds like you don't really have time to add in any more exercise right now so focus on improving your nutrition. Try and eat healthier. Get your parents to buy healthy snacks such as fruits and low calorie alternatives. Drink lots of water instead of pop. It's okay to have a sweet every once in a while but try and keep it to a minimum.
Your exercise is enough. You could add a little HIIT - higher intensity, I don't think it would make a big difference, but it would be a good idea. Burpee sets would do it.
Eating is going to be the key.
What do you eat on a typical day? What happens on an 'unusual' day? How often are there unusual days?
