How can I lose weight?

Ok so I have a lot of homework and school work, plus going out with friends so I really don't have time for much excersise, but I do do 1 hour of aerobics 3 days a week, I also walk to school but not back (that's about 40 minutes if I walk fast) I also go out with friends everyday and all my classes are on diffrent levels so I walk up staires a lot. What quick excersise everyday will make a difference? And what should I eat? I'm trying to loose a bit of weight in these 2 months before break, I'm not talking loads, just about 1kg? I'm not overweight or anything, I'm average and a quite healthy weight, but I think I'm fat, I'm doing this for me so please someone help :)
