Ok firstly your 13 and from ages 12-18 a woman can react to hormonal changes in different ways. I also gained a lot of weight between those ages and it wasn't because I ate wrong or didn't work out I just couldn't lose the weight because of puberty. Around about 17 I started looking like I should and funny enough I didn't lose weight but grew into myself and the weight just spread out evenly. Remember your body will stop growing at about 18 so give it time and not all girls are the same some don't gain weight and some do but as long as your eating normal you should be fine trust me! your too young to be dieting anyways who cares what others think of you finish school you'll see those things don't matter anymore. 114 lbs isn't fat. Depending on your height (and honestly, as long as you're over 4'0, it's in the healthy range. You don't need to lose weight.
You weigh 52.3 kg? That's not overweight.
I weigh 64 kg and I'm barely at normal weight.
If you're really serious than go to the gym and change your diet.
But common your weight is normal. What idiot told you it wasn't?
