Thanks! :)
When does my fitness notice?
Thanks! :)
It generally takes around a month to start seeing any results. Anything before that is generally just water fluctuations. I'd be ready to get in this for the long hull. Don't allow yourself to get discouraged in the first month by a lack of results because a lot of the changes you are making for the better, won't be very noticable. Just keep at it.
Thanks, I know it sounds vain but who wants to deny their body chocolate and run every day if you can't see anything? :)
I understand. I lost around 100 pounds (290 to 190) about seven years ago. When trying to be more fit/healthy, you need to learn that it's a lifestyle change and that it's for the rest of your life, otherwise all the hard work you put in will go away.
Also, you don't have to deny yourself chocolate or other stuff ALL the time. Just in moderation.
I agree, also i don't think i can keep up this running for the rest of my life. So time consuming to squeeze it in every day. Might have to cut that down and just stick to healthy eating.
Exercise is vital to maintaining/losing weight. Is 30 minutes really that much time to invest? Not to mention exercise increases endorphins which positively affect your mood as well as release neuronal growth factor and has been shown to prevent neurodegenerative diseases.
Oh i agree its invaluable. What i meant is i might have to put it in the weekend schedule rather than every day cause exercise and work make you feel like you just done a marathon! Maybe if i take up yoga, then that's not gonna hurt and i can fit it in and still feel alive at the end of the day! (i know that sounds incredibly lazy and cannot be compared to running ha!)
it depends where you're starting. if you're overweight and super dedicated then you can notice results within 1-3 months of hard training.
Not over-weight i am average weight, but i want to look nicer. E. g more toned etc. I know it shouldn't matter as long as you are getting fitter, but i am putting in a lot of work so am really keen to see it pay off! :)
if you're dieting correctly everyday and working out the right amount you should notice in average.. say... 2-3 months but it depends on your genetics. I've seen a girl go from slim and toned to ripped in 6 weeks. fucking br00tal!
Crikey, not as fast as i wanted this fitness business! I guess patience is the word here. It goes so slow without Haribo :(
patience and dedication is the name of the game baby
Why does everything good take time damn it! And yup i heard ya ;) woman on a mission!
I started an ab routine 10 mins every morning and saw results around a week in. I started doing 15 mins and in under 3 weeks i was ridiculously a tight as anything. I stopped working out for around a month when i got sick, i'm still around 75% of what I had before.
Mesomorph.
that's awesome! Well done. Any particular routine you did from youtube/dvd?
My nutritionist calculates my fat percentage, muscle mass etc. and apparently it takes approximately three weeks for numbers to change.
Now THAT i can work with :)
I am hoping some of that will be noticeable (come on nice tum!!)

It takes a little while, just keep pushing yourself and working towards it. Take your before and after photos! And don't give up, trust me it's so worth it! I've been there
Oooo good idea on the photo thing. I will take one tomorrow and then compare it to next weeks. Good tip! :)
There's no norm. Depends also how fast you dropped the weight with beginners usually dropping the most amount of weight the first few weeks.
A month or so, depending on how hardcore you go. Your clothing will feel looser, and I'm not joking either.
yaaaay :)
about 1 1/2 to 2 years will you Notice HUGE difference.
From now on i am running in my sleep!
okay
More like... year 1.
It's not that quick lol
1 YEAR? :( Even though i am a healthy weight already? I was hoping for one week lol
