the first photo is from the year 2020 I added 20-25 muscle mass with fitness, I recently quit and I find myself quite mature compared to the first photo, I don't feel very good about it right now

I am not a specialist but I would say that there might be a correlation between exercising and aging although I have no scientific proof. I did not bother to search this issue.
However, if you start taking steroids and other drugs to increase your muscle mass, then I would assume that all those chemicals found in those drugs do have a certain negative effect, not only on aging (or ageing) but on the entire body as well, including the heart, the brain and a number of other important organs.
Some people age better than others and the beard and/or receding hairline may also impact on how people are being perceived. Stay safe!
thanks for the answer but i didn't use steroids I think logically some people tend to be more genetically mature. Now I'll lose some weight
If all the weight you gained was in muscle mass, then it will be difficult to lose weight because you may lose first muscle mass if you don't have any fat to burn. Check with a professional what the best way to lose weight is without losing muscle mass. You may have to adapt your diet.
