I am not a specialist but I would say that there might be a correlation between exercising and aging although I have no scientific proof. I did not bother to search this issue.
However, if you start taking steroids and other drugs to increase your muscle mass, then I would assume that all those chemicals found in those drugs do have a certain negative effect, not only on aging (or ageing) but on the entire body as well, including the heart, the brain and a number of other important organs.
Some people age better than others and the beard and/or receding hairline may also impact on how people are being perceived. Stay safe!
If all the weight you gained was in muscle mass, then it will be difficult to lose weight because you may lose first muscle mass if you don't have any fat to burn. Check with a professional what the best way to lose weight is without losing muscle mass. You may have to adapt your diet.
I say "getting and staying fit combats aging" quite often.
Well, I can at least say that it applies to me.
I have a friend worked out like crazy his Chest looked like the rock, he stopped working out now he needs a decent size bra. That’s why you will never catch me working out I’m happy with the training bra credentials.
Nope. Absolute not. Jessica Alba 41-42. Jason Momoa 43.
Thanks for the MHO ☺️

in my opinion no i actually think it help you keep in shape and look younger
It is just the opposite. People who are fit look younger than people who are not.
I think that being bigger and more muscular can make you look older for sure.
You have a tan, fatter face, some time has passed, that's why you look older
It does the opposite, it slows aging
Time ages us.
I think it does if they go crazy with it
