I've spoken to a guy who said girls wouldn't date him because he was too muscular and I thought it was his way of chatting me up with sympathy, but he showed me a photo and his head looked too small for his body, he was that big, so it's possible to be too big.

you know there was an article where a girl was saying guys with big muscles are nasty and she posted a pic of a guy who was ripped saying it looked more natural like he didn't have to work for it. jokes on her, that guy was a personal trainer who literally did that for a living. i've also heard of girls who reference channing tatum like he's skinny. bottom line is, girls are after the golden ratio, if you go over that, then yeah it starts getting unattractive, but its damn near impossible to even get there, let alone go over. you know only 1 in 25,000 has 6 pack abs? that means literally you'd have to compete with 12,500 other women just to get one of those guys you posted. even more, in fact, because women have an easier time getting 6 packs because of their bodyfat distribution. and thats including the guys you said were unattractive. they're still out of your league.

I don't care if they thought they were out of my league, I wouldn't be interested, especially if they think they're superior to me. Sure there are, but I like the fit/slim type more. I'd rather lend more towards slender than ripped tbh. A little bit of muscle that you can see the chest muscles and some muscles in the arms and a toned belly. That's perfect.

Really the only guys that look pretty grotesque are the steroid users, not all of them mind you because some actually use them correctly. But most of the really, really huge guys are drug users, except for the guys from the early 1900s before these drugs were created or used widespread.

In all honestly though anybody who is a true weightlifter or bodybuilder doesn't do it for the women to begin with so we don't really care what they think anyway. We do it because we want to get bigger, stronger, faster and more durable as well as becoming overall more healthy and being able to live longer.

One person will like your muscles and another won't. So here's an idea - do what you want to do. You like working out? Great. You'll find a woman who wants your muscles. But don't work out 24/7 just because you think you have to in order to get a date. Because there are women who don't need a man with muscles.

If you're naturally a big guy (broad shoulders and hips and probably a little stout) then you can pull off more muscle. If you're naturally a little more slim then you probably don't want to get too big. Build on the foundation you've been given.

Well that actually is not true it depends on the type of training you make yourself endure if your using drugs then yes of course it would put a strain on the body. But training naturally will limit your actual growth so it would be actually impossible to reach as level of mass that would actually have a degrading or negative effect on the body. Since you can actually only get so big naturally and once you reach that maximum peak you can't get any bigger without introducing drugs.

No I was simply making a point that when you naturally train or bodybuild you are only capable of gaining a certain number of pounds of muscle. After that it is extremely difficult to gain anymore muscle outside of using drugs so a natural bodybuilder would never reach a mass level that would actually put a strain on the heart.
