I do Zumba for an hour a day, 5 days a week. I also do a 9 week program with my Active 2 game on xbox, also 5 days a week. I try to do 100 squats a day. I said TRY lol. I only made it to 100 twice. Uhh, 100 sets of up downs on the stairs every other day. And if I actually hit the gym, it to do arms. I can't wait for spring so that I can get back out on the track.
Oh and looking at me you probably wouldn't be able to tell. I may be chunky, but I'm far from a lazy slob.

I try to work out but as soon as uni starts I get distracted.
It doesn't help that I naturally just have a fast metabolism either so I physically don'tneed to work out to look fit.
With that said, I do try to aim for 30 mins of exercise, 5 times a week. I follow a few fitness YouTube channels and mainly just use their workout programs. I'm too poor to afford the gym :P
Three times a week. 30-60 minutes of cardio (usually elliptical, I've lost interest in the stationary bikes) and then the circuit of machines which do all the different parts of your body, then the free weights. Usualy 2-3 hours from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave.
gym 5-6 days a week. gonna get back on HIIT soon. bulking is almost over!

i work out m left hand 10 times per week or so :-P
That's a really inefficient way to work out.
