The only thing you should worry about your body is if you're fit, strong and healthy. Nothing else matters. I never cared about my thigh gaps. I only want to be perfectly healthy. :) That's a blessing not many girls realize.
Lay on you side. Touch your toes. Run your toes of the top foot up the leg to the knee. Then raise it to a full leg lift and lower slowly. Repeat.

It's a natural thing, I don't think you can get it from exercise.

Lots and LOTS of power yoga plus cardio min. 4 days a week. Spinning class and kale smoothies dont hurt either.
Most girls that have a thigh gap have it naturally.
Try to lose weight.
