Not all girls naturally have a gap between their thighs. My thighs have touched when I stand up straight since I was a born. I'm 5'6 140lbs and have a pear shape, but my legs are also very muscular so they will never be what's considered 'slim'. I like the fact that they touch, as long as you're toned & in shape is what matters most! Cardio is key in fat burning/toning, either jogging or elliptical training for at least 30 min. Lunges and squats will really tone you up and build muscle. good luck!

Sorry to break it to you, but it's genetics - if you have any "fat zones" and where... Look at women in your family and you'll see what to expect.
I'm 5'6" 115 lbs., pretty athletic and still have wide thighs on the top and slim on the bottom (like my mom). No thigh gap for me, ever ;) When My weight changes, the circumference of my thighs changes within one inch., which is only a little. Other than that, The only thing that can drastically change your "fat zones" is liposuction.

You can't. That's determined by your hip bones.
Lucky for you, however, this "thigh gap" isn't viewed by men as being something important or even noticable, most of the time.

The thigh gap is like having blue eyes, its all genetics. The reason why some girls have thigh gaps is because of their femur bones, you either have a wide femur bone or a small femur bone.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR LEGS, your bones will get stronger and larger, and THEN muscles will develop. This is the order of adaptation.

Starve yourself? maybe that might be it... girls are supposed to have at least a small degree of thickness to them, especially in the thigh area. I think thick thighs are hot but if you really want that gap then just keep losing muscle and weight
You can do that in 2.5 weeks. With the best and least painless results, you wold have to change up your diet, but that is ideal if you want to delay mortality as well, and live a more subtle life with less symptoms on your health.
Grow larger hip bones.
I think doing squats would help
