I'm really not to sure how I should approach achieving womanly curves, without getting bulky and gaining weight in my thighs.
Sierra Egan is inspiration for me, how should I go about achieving her body
You aren't going to get 'bulky' and muscular from just one year of lifting weight. Women who are muscular and bulky have been training for years and are taking some form of steroids. So, you really do not need to worry about that.
Eating foods high in fat will help you put on weight but I don't mean the kind of fat you find in a Big Mac. That is saturated fat and is very bad for your body. Unless you want to end up looking like a fat blob you should focus on consuming unsaturated fat instead.
You're just prolonging the process of gaining muscle by waiting to put on weight and then starting to exercise. Most people gain weight whilst they are training at the same time. The outcome is still going to be the same. You're going to have to exercise eventually.
Also, curves are genetic. You either have them or you don't. Weight lifting can help accentuate the best parts of your body but it can't magically give you curves if you are not genetically predisposed to have them.
Do exercises that target fat around the waist to slim it down. Also look up exercises that build butt musle, but I really don't know any that won't build some of the thigh muscle at the same time. Don't worry about the thigh gap because first of all is stupid and no-one cares aside from a small group of girls who spend their time online. And secondly if you gain muscle on the thighs it won't be on inner thighs unless you do specific exercises for that area. Find exercises for outer thighs, around the hips area so when you put on muscle there you figure will be more hour glass. Eat lots of protein and fats too, you will gain weight everywhere at first, but if you keep doing targeted exercises to those body parts then the fat will stay where you want to and melt where you are exercising. People say this can't be done and fat melts everywhere when you lose weight but that is not true, I've done it.
With exercises targeting muscles (isolation exercises) that stimulate these specific muscles to grow. If a man wants to be more masculine, he will target lower arms, calves and traps, side shoulders.
For a girl isolation exercises for glutes generally, side glutes, thighs to some extend, chest muscles (because it brings forwards the bust), maybe the outer heads of the quads to get more curvy? and of course posture correction. 99% of the time models in pictures are doing postures, posture exercises will help with achieving the model look.
Another thing interesting for girls is doing moderate waist training.
thanks for the mho.
Don't worry about it. It is really hard for a women to look bulky. Most bulky women you see take testosteron. You will never look bulky. Focus on training thighs and glutes but you should still train the entire body. Training back and shoulders can make your waist look smaller. Chest exercises can help to lift the breasts a bit.
Whatever you eat fatty or high carb doesn't matter in the way you look. Just add some healthy foods you like to what you eat already. Just hit the gym and focus on getting stronger.

I really think the obsession with thigh gap should go, but it's not like you eat some nutrient-dense foods one day and pick up some weights and the next day it's gone. It's going to be a gradual process that you can control and alter to some degree.
As for whether you should train at the same time, I'd say absolutely. I really think you should look at these things as a lifestyle change and learning to enjoy a new style of living and a physical transformation second. Your body will start to reflect those lifestyle changes over time.
It all has to do with how you're built. If you're straight up and down with small breasts, you'll always be straight up and down. If you gain weight your breasts, which are fatty tissue, will get a bit bigger. Working out with weights will mean you have the best tone and shape your body can manage. Don't use other people's bodies. Look at your shape and work with that. She has a very thin body and her breasts look augmented. Her body isn't realistic for most women because her breasts don't appear to be real at all.
Sadly, *some of the time* Women achieve this look through augmentations and surgeries. (Kind of cheating, if you ask me) Now, I think the BEST way to do it is through exercise! Physical activities including running, sit-ups, etc. During that time, eat foods with REAL fat. Butter, eggs, etc. But have those foods with other much-needed food groups as well, of course. If you want bigger breasts and butt, do squats for your butt. Working on your pectoral muscles won't enlarge your breasts, since the breasts sit atop the pectoral muscles, however, in strengthening these muscles, your breasts will sit "taller" and more perky!
Get implants, wear corsets and remove one of your ribs!
Kidding.
You can't choose where you gain and lose weight, so I'd get a good push up bra and realize that you won't be able to gain fat in your boobs. You should work your entire body but focus on building the glutes and shoulders for a better, more "hourglass" look.
And even though she's thin, who knows, maybe she had lipo? She has naturally large hips and she doesn't look like she's an average height, either. Those pics might be photoshopped as well.
Squats squats squats, other butt exercises, leg exercises & stretches, light weights for arms just for a little toning, light abs exercises just to have a little core, lots of cardio.
Everything else is genetic. If you have poor genetics, tough
You have to do heavy weights on your glutes and thighs. Bulk them up. Just don't cut too. When you cut you'll lose fat. Breasts are primarily fatty tissue. So have to keep a certain amount of soft. Also that mild fatty layer will cause the muscle size increase in the butt and thighs to be more curvy than manly or fatty. Use toning exercises in the arms and abs and bulking in the butt and thigh.
I personally like skinny girls without exaggerated curves, it's cuter and makes me feel like I want to hold them.
That said, if you still want to just look at the muscle groups you want larger and pick weight lifting exercises that focus on those groups. From there try to add weight on those movements on a bi-weekly basis, more if you're eating a lot.
If you just overeat then that is unhealthy and it won't look good. The best results I have seen is when my girlfriend worked with a trainer. She became both healthier and curvier and helluva sexier.
They first assessed her body, reviewed her objectives and created a custom diet and training schedule. It took time, but the results were spectacular! You may never look like Sierra Egan, but you can be the healthiest and sexiest you!
Develop red fat not white fat
White fat into the s*** you get from sugary treats and fatty foods
Read fat is the fat you get from like pork and beans
Read fat turn into muscle when you work it out
White fat just burns away & induce sweat
You have to do the diet and exercise thing yourself, I can help though, DM me
Your entire concept is wrong. An attractive feminine figure is proportional, you need to loose the thigh gap (no idea who decided that was cute anyway). You need to gain weight to get that figure, so mostly eating more and letting yourself fill out.
It's not about fatty foods. It's about a calorie surplus. Start weight training now. Find out your maintenance calories, start eating above that. You won't get bulky, keep the calorie surplus small, but accept you will gain a little fat, you can cut this after a year or so and you will look way better in the long run. Although I'm not a fan of the thigh gap, you won't lose it by lifting weights, you will lose it by gaining fat.
Your genetics predispose you to your shape. I don't know how you expect to only gain weight in your tits and ass - that's not really how it works unless that's your personal figure.
Gaining weight in your thighs is womanly. Thigh gaps aren't attractive. You can't change where you gain weight, fat is healthily stored in the tihghs. You should also train your whole body of course while eating more calories too healthily gain weight and improve your figure.
Thigh gaps are attractive to some people in the same way it's unattractive to others.
@Nachowedgie agreed
There’s not much you can do. Exercise does help a little but won’t give you Marilynn Monroe curves, sorry. Genes determine what kind of body you will have.
Squats. Squats give the butt.
Stop being afraid of weights. You will give up long before you become "bulky".
You can’t change your bone structure. What you can do is strategically proportion muscle mass in certain areas to accentuate your curves. Was a bodybuilder for years.
Hit the gym weights. It is a myth about bulking like crazy. Women simply do not have the testosterone level. Hit the weights and do cardio. Do both.
That’s you? Lol you’re good. You have no idea how many women want the body you have currently
that's not me, that's sierra egan, she's inspiration haha
Bones give you your basic proportions. Muscle gives you shape. Fat makes it soft and feminine.
So muscle and fat in the right amounts looks healthy and beautiful.
Gain enough weight until you don’t have a thigh gap maybe. I think you probably do now. A girl with a little more weight on her looks pretty nice :)
