How to achieve womanly curves, without getting bulky and gaining weight?

I'm currently rather skinny for my height and would like to gain weight and get more of a womanly figure, as in gain weight in my breasts and butt, without loosing my thigh gap. Would it be advised to work out and eat fatty foods whilst trying to gain weight and once I've gained weight should I start going to the gym and building muscle? or should I be working out and eating fatty foods at the same time?

I'm really not to sure how I should approach achieving womanly curves, without getting bulky and gaining weight in my thighs.
