Wouldn't care at all. I have a pretty nasty surgical scar on my arm; I've had many men ask about it in bed (and other people in all situations) and it has never phased them. Most just ask more about how it happened and say "damn".

I love scars and stretch marks. They make you more unique. I have a scar on my lip and it always gives an interesting story to tell. No one has ever thought it was weird or ugly

Scars are the story of your life. My dad has many scars due to cancer and would never want him to be ashamed of them and he isn't.
