Pulled some muscles shovelling the driveway... in a lot of pain.. any advice?

So yesterday we got a bunch of snow and I decided to shovel the driveway for my dad but it was the first time in 3 years as I have been living in an apartment so the plow would come and get of the snow. Anyway I guess I am a bit rusty on my shovelling abilities as I pulled some muscles really good. My whole back is seized up and my biceps, and my thighs are a bit sore but that might just be normal. It hurts to get up, I can't sit up straight with out a shoot of pain. Walking hurts my back too... I am pretty sure it isn't doctor worthy though. I took acetaminophen yesterday and it didn't help at all... any other suggestions? Oh and I took a hot bath as well and it didn't help.

You need to get back out there and show that snow who's boss. It probably thinks that it managed to defeat you but you can't let it win. I remember a long time ago I got owned by some ice, took me straight off the bike. Made it home with my leg bleeding
Some more training might help, it took me a while to get my shovelling technique right. And I can only shovel dirt for about 2 hours straight before I start to get tired
