You overworked your muscles and maybe your joints. Make sure your muscles have fully recovered before continuing. Then work your way up slowly and gradually. Start off with less reps on the first day. Take a day off or two for rest. Then slightly increase your reps on your next workout, and so forth. If you're getting any joint pain, then there might be something wrong with your form...stop immediately.

Not doing anything wrong. That iras normal post workout muscle soreness. Rest those muscles a day after working them so hard.
You used a muscle you haven't really used lately. And you hurt it.
It's normal, just rest it for a few days. And next time, get back into it gradually rather than doing loads in one go (the coach in me wants to shout at you for being so silly right now! Warm up and cool down before exercise..)
just massage those muscles, this is normal because you haven't worked out those muscles.

You're sore. Relax a bit on the exercises. train mainly cardio and do 2 minute pushup-situp drills. Boot camp is designed to build people from the ground up. Pushup form is more important than the number of pushups.
Nothing.
If t was joint pain yes. You're just getting post workout soreness. It's worst when you start a new routine.probably did too many pushups and your body isn't used to doing that so you are really sore. Just relax for a few days and then when the pain is gone pace yourself a little better
