Don't do it.. :( you'll feel awful, while it may seem harmless you don't know her it diet outside of their time with you is.. and that small bday cake could be the tip of the iceberg. I speak from experience. :(

I think it's okay as long as it's a low sugar option. She can choose how much of it she wants to eat after all. Flowers would probably be a better choice though.
