Cellucor Super HD Capsules. Has anyone ever used them?

So I just bought the Cellucor Super HD Capsules it's a fat burner (I'm just trying to lose the little tiny bit of belly fat to get the abs.) has anyone ever used these before or has any experience with them and if you wouldn't mind telling me what you thought of them that'd be great thanks :)

Let me tell u something about supplement that contain many ingredient in 1 they base on the formula based on the studies on animal mostly

The clinical studies are rare on supplement and they test every ingredient alone and at high dose example they did test on CLA and the effective dose was 6-8gram a day

So the supplement company will base on that but they will put 500mg of CLA and will write loose fat while its not effective at all

I have long long experience in supplement exercise etc

If u want supplement that work to lose fat buy it separately green tea caffiene L Carnitine CLA these are most effective ingredient to lose fat forget about the commercial products and products with many ingredints in one bottle

And ur diet first of all is ur diet second is cardio intensity I suggest u change ur product if possible

Don't take fat burners. At best nothing happens, at worst it can really fuck you up. Diet my friend, diet.

I'm already doing that I'm just trying to get rid of the last little bit of fat like I said.
