How to gain height?

Guys, Im 19 and only 164 cm tall... im pretty short. Will i get any taller? whats the age limit?

Pls advice a fast and effective way to gain height...

There's nothing you can do. Youve already stopped growing. Maybe you can wear shoes that have a little bit of a platform to them.
