4X week one, 3X week two, 4X week three... Workout only during the work week and heal on weekend. Mix of free weight strength training and cardio, stretching to help flexibility.

Right now I only go once a week for yoga and pilates classes, and I do the rest of my workouts at home. In a couple of months I'll have more time to go to the gym more often.
