What's wrong with my wrist?

im a 14yo and a half hour ago , while i was studying i supported my head with the palm of my hand as i always do, a few minutes later after i lifted my head, i could not move my wrist much cz it hurted so bad but when i finaly did i felt that my wrist was a bit loose (if that makes sense) and now i still feel minor pain and discomfort. so what do you think is wrong? And what should i do?

It'll be cured by tomorrow. It happens with me too. It is because of overusing the specific muscle and due to the tension on the joint for a very long period.

you might have overused it, slight tendinitis maybe though I highly doubt at your age but its possible.

Is it numb and swollen? Check for carpal tunnel syndrome

Yeah, my GF has it at the moment. It's not a thing to take lightly.

i don't think i have this because its not numb or swollen , it just hurts to move it
