Calories burnt per hour for any exercise... Does this include maintance calories or is it in addition to what is spent doing nothing?

Say you have a 1200 calorie requirement for doing absolutely nothing. So 50 calories per hour.

A calorie guide says a 140 pound woman will burn about 200 calories an hour jumping on a trampoline.

Does that mean she's burning 50+ 150 an hour?

As in 150 more than she would have if she was sitting still?

Or dies it mean she's burning 50+ 200 an hour.

Her resting burn + her activity burn?

Does The number refer strictly to the exercise or the overall number?

If jumping on a trampoline burns 200 calories an hour and the woman uses 50 calories an hour doing nothing. Dies that leave her with a caloric deficit of 200 , or 250 calories after the hour is up? Bc there's no specification , so it's unclear.

Does anyone KNOW as apposed to guessing... Bc I can do that. Thanks:)
