The Japanese are very slim and very healthy and I want to try and live the same life style and eat the same. Their dishes are very healthy and consist of a lot of vegetables. I have been doing a lot of reading online and each website lists different things so I was just wondering if anyone actually know the way they normally eat breakfast , lunch actually nd dinner and what usually consists of each meal? I'm hoping that I might be able to shed just a few pounds in doing so and do it in a healthy way considering it's not actually dieting, just a life style change
