You could have sleeping disorder called Sleep Apnea it can happen in anyone
You could have low iron well very common in females cause they have
menstrual cycles. You could be depressed, over anxious , could be
your not eating enough and your blood glucose is dropping.

Sometimes viruses can be the cause. Humans acquire all kinds of viruses during their lives. Many of them don't really hurt us much, but some of them can sap our strength. Perhaps this is something to bring up with your doctor.
Could be anemia, hypothyroidism, product of anxiety/ depression, lack of decent sleep, poor diet/ exercise, chronic fatigue- which I doubt at your age but whatevs. Go see you PCP.
No iron (happens to many females)
No vitamins, try eating more fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Also you could start working out. you'll feel much better.

this happens to me too! i think if you don't get enough sleep on evenone night it makes you tired for a few more day
Sometimes I also experience this. Do you get very tired by working a lot maybe?
