If it didn't come straight from the ground/nature or it didn't have a momma, then chances are pretty that it's junk.

  Slim Jims ate actually high up on the list. Nitrates and nitrites, hella sodium, cholesterol, unhealthy saturated fats, preservatives, chemicals, little to zero quality nutrition.

  well the thing with processed is its most likely been manufactured with chemicals and ingredients that give the food a longer shelf life but is also linked with cancer and other negative health effects. if you can, avoid high fructose corn syrup, artificial sugars, and other preservatives.
