What are some notable ingredients or compounds in food or drinks that you avoid to stay healthy?

An example for me is in the photo. Anything high in salt (especially sodium bicarbonate since I have kidney issues & my body can't excrete it easily), sugars, & fermentable elements cause me gut inflammation (since I have sibo & sifo) that results in me looking like a bloated overweight uncanny shadow of myself. The difference is truly night & day.
