I have never really eat something for lunch at school, but it results in eating more after and not the healthy kind of food.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas for healthy food, which is easy to make, for my lunch at school?
almost all food served at schools are unhealthy, im assuming you want to make your own, you can make a sandwich with wheat bread or multi-grain, that's as healthy as you can get for the bread, and use decent meat like turkey or chicken breast, no bologna or salami. minimal light sauces like mayo if you want but honestly i would just go with some light mustard and stack on the vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and a slice of provolone cheese if you want will make a nice filling sandwich.
Well in high school I would always have a half of a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and a couple servings of fruit. Also some greek yogurt on occasion. If you like lettuce I'd recommend some sort of salad, but I never went for that haha. And if you like veggies then you can bring them too. You really can't go wrong with vegetables xD Not entirely sure if what I suggested is healthy... but I wouldn't say it's unhealthy. Good luck!
Salad is always easy because you just cute stuff up and Ross it in a bowl.
Making extra of any (healthy) dinner food and eating it the next day. So pasta, chicken breast and vegetables. Just whatever healthy food you have for dinner
Sandwich and fruit. So a sandwich with some meat, cheese and tons of veggies
Healthy soup like turkey or chicken chili.
A burrito (I think you know what goes in there)
